Cancellation & Refund Policies
Cancellations and/or changes must be sent in writing toInfo@saps.org.sg Partial and full refunds are subject to the conditions below:

​From Now till 31 May 2026 - full refund minus 10% administration fee for cancelled registrations

Between 1 June to 30 Sep 2026 – partial refund (50%) for cancelled registrations

From 1 Oct 2026 - No refund for cancelled registrations

All cancellations involving a refund will be subject to a 10% administration fee. Refunds shall be processed within six weeks.

​No refunds will be made to participants should the Meeting be cancelled or adapted to hybrid or virtual event formats due to circumstances not within the Organiser’s control including but not limited to any acts of God, civil commotion, outbreak, threat of outbreak, or ongoing transmission of infectious or communicable diseases such as SARS, COVID-19, failure of any applicable government authority to issue required governmental permits, and any other similar event or condition making it in advisable, impracticable, illegal or impossible to hold the Event.
